Step 2: Add the tomato and bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and then season to taste.
Step 3: Divide the rolls among serving plate and divide the rocket among the rolls and top with the meatballs and sauce and sprinkle with the cheddar.
