Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 560 gram meatballs (packet, beef & pork meatballs specified)
  • 400 gram tomatoes, diced (can)
  • 4 (250 grams) bread rolls (hot dog rolls)
  • 120 gram baby rocket
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, coarsely grated (60 grams)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat and add the meatballs and cook, turning, for 6 minutes or until brown all over and cooked through.

  • Step 2: Add the tomato and bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and then season to taste.

  • Step 3: Divide the rolls among serving plate and divide the rocket among the rolls and top with the meatballs and sauce and sprinkle with the cheddar.
