Step by Step Method
Eggs
Step 1
In one skillet, heat butter.

In another pan heat butter.

Add mushrooms and shallots.

Add garlic and green onion.

In egg pan add filling to one side.

Add tomato, feel free to add more.

Flip lid over and cover cook on low until cheese melts.

When plating add dots of sour cream.

Add avocado slices on top of sour cream.
