Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place pork in a large resealable plastic food storage bag.

Step 2

Add oil, juices, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.

Step 3

Seal bag and shake to evenly distribute marinade.

Step 4

Refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Step 5

To make salsa, combine oranges, cucumber, onion and cilantro in a small bowl; toss

Step 6

Lightly, Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

Step 7

Add remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt just before serving.

Step 8

Step 9

Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade.

Step 10

Place pork on grill; lower lid. Grill 6-8 minutes

Step 11

Or until pork is no longer pink in center. Serve

Step 12

With salsa.

Fantastic pork chops! That flavor combination is a winner with the grilled chops. I'm putting this into my Best of 2021 file. Note: The first time I went to make this recipe, I was out of the pork chops I thought I had. The second time, I was out of the cucumber I was sure I had - so I didn't try the cuc and orange salsa. Next time I make this, I hope I have my act together. Thank you!
