Step 1: Place pork in a large resealable plastic food storage bag.
Step 2: Add oil, juices, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Step 3: Seal bag and shake to evenly distribute marinade.
Step 4: Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Step 5: To make salsa, combine oranges, cucumber, onion and cilantro in a small bowl; toss
Step 6: Lightly, Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
Step 7: Add remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt just before serving.
Step 8:
Step 9: Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade.
Step 10: Place pork on grill; lower lid. Grill 6-8 minutes
Step 11: Or until pork is no longer pink in center. Serve
Step 12: With salsa.
