Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 (2 pounds) pork loin chops (about 4 boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 small seedless oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place pork in a large resealable plastic food storage bag.

  • Step 2: Add oil, juices, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Seal bag and shake to evenly distribute marinade.

  • Step 4: Refrigerate up to 24 hours.

  • Step 5: To make salsa, combine oranges, cucumber, onion and cilantro in a small bowl; toss

  • Step 6: Lightly, Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

  • Step 7: Add remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt just before serving.

  • Step 8:

  • Step 9: Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade.

  • Step 10: Place pork on grill; lower lid. Grill 6-8 minutes

  • Step 11: Or until pork is no longer pink in center. Serve

  • Step 12: With salsa.
