"Do you want stew and don't have the time to let it cook the old-fashioned way? Well, try this recipe and I don't think you'll be disappointed.As in all my recipes, adjust the seasonings according to your tastes. Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place veggies in the bottom of a 3 1/2 quart crockpot ( you know, the small one ).

Step 2

Sprinkle seasonings evenly over the veggies.

Step 3

Top with chicken, then cover with soup.

Step 4

Cook on low for 6 hours, and before serving stir well to combine.

This so good, just enough sauce. Chicken came out moist and ever so tender. The only thing I did differently was to use skinless boneles thighs cut up. Also I placed the chicken on top of the potatoes so they would be totally covered with the sauce. Thanks CSW For a great Sunday night dinner.13 Oct13 Made again, enjoyed again. I added some peas for the last 3/4 hour.
