  • 1 /2 cups diced carrots (peeled and washed)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme, or to taste
  • 2 chicken boneless skinless chicken breast (diced into 2 inch pieces)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place veggies in the bottom of a 3 1/2 quart crockpot ( you know, the small one ).

  • Step 2: Sprinkle seasonings evenly over the veggies.

  • Step 4: Cook on low for 6 hours, and before serving stir well to combine.
