Step 1: Place veggies in the bottom of a 3 1/2 quart crockpot ( you know, the small one ).
Step 2: Sprinkle seasonings evenly over the veggies.
Step 3: Top with chicken, then cover with soup.
Step 4: Cook on low for 6 hours, and before serving stir well to combine.
