Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300 °F).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar, salt and milk.
Step 3
Add the flour and baking powder. Stir well.
Step 4
Add the melted butter. Set aside to rest for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Pass through a sieve if needed.
Step 6
If the mix becomes too thick, add a bit of milk.
Step 7
In a crepe pan, pour a bit of oil and heat over medium-high heat.
Step 8
Add about 45 ml (3 tbsp.) of the crepe mix.
Step 9
Tilt the pan to cover the whole surface.
Step 10
Brown both sides. Set aside.
Step 11
Repeat the same procedure to use all of the crepe mix.
Step 12
In a skillet, heat the butter and brown the apples lightly. Set aside.
Step 13
Spread the crepes out on a countertop.
Step 14
Place some of the apple and cheeseon each crepe.
Step 15
Roll and fold the ends inward. Place them on a baking sheet.
Step 16
Cook in the oven for 6 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Step 17
Serve the crepes with a dash of maple syrup.
