Step 1

Combine salad ingredients in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well.

This is a lovely creamy cucumber salad! The addition of tomatoes and radishes along with the green onions and fresh herbs made for a great luncheon salad. I only made half for ample servings for two, I did make the dressing as posted using the remainder of the dressing on cucumbers and onions the following day. Other than having to sub the German mustard I made as directed, into my cookbook with this one! Great dressing.
