In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, mayo, mustard, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Beat with electric mixer on the low speed for 1-2 minutes, until well combined. Stir in horseradish starting with 1 teaspoon. Mix in crab meat Chill for 1-2 hours. Add paprika and stir to combine. When ready to serve, sprinkle with extra paprika & green onions.
