  • 1 can (6 ounce) crab meat (drained very well the all/if any cartilage removed)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika (extra for garnish)
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons horseradish (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (to garnish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, mayo, mustard, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Beat with electric mixer on the low speed for 1-2 minutes, until well combined. Stir in horseradish starting with 1 teaspoon. Mix in crab meat Chill for 1-2 hours. Add paprika and stir to combine. When ready to serve, sprinkle with extra paprika & green onions.
