Step 1

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a mini food processor and whirl until almost smooth.

Step 2

The dip should not be perfectly smooth but should have some texture.

Step 3

If mixing by hand it will not be as smooth.

Step 4

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until ready to serve.

Step 5

Keeps in the fridge for about 2 days.

This quick and easy recipe turned out great. I forgot to add the pepper and never noticed until it was put away in the fridge but it didn't affect the flavour. I thinned out half of the recipe and used this as a salad dressing. Yum!!
