Step 1: Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a mini food processor and whirl until almost smooth.
Step 2: The dip should not be perfectly smooth but should have some texture.
Step 3: If mixing by hand it will not be as smooth.
Step 4: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until ready to serve.
Step 5: Keeps in the fridge for about 2 days.
