Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the flour,cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

With a pastry blender or fork,

Work in the cream cheese and butter until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add milk, then stir (the dough should be firm but not dry).
Step 5
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 2 or 3 times or until smooth.

Roll the dough out about 1/2 inch thick; using a 2 inch biscuit cutter dipped in flour.
Step 7
Cut out 12 round biscuits, let rest for 1 hour in fridge.
Step 8
Coat a baking sheet with the cooking spray, then arrange the biscuits on it.
Step 9
Bake for 12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden. my oven is slow check yours
