"Years back a family member served this at a pool party,I begged the recipe! Amazing how the simple ingredients in this recipe make for one awesome appetizer, love when easy tastes this good. It wows and sees to recipe requests each time I serve it. A big hit with quests who are often surprised to find it is not from a specialty shop! No left overs with this one. Makes 2 cheese balls."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In bowl mix cream cheese, cracked pepper and Mrs. Dash seasoning, divide into 2 balls.
Step 2
In a small bowl put in 1 tablespoon of the flax seed, add cheeseball turning to coat all sides.
Step 3
Repeat with second cheeseball.
Step 4
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Step 5
Serve with your favorite crackers or vegetables.
