Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cracked pepper (I use freshly ground black pepper)
  • 18 grams flax seeds (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Seasoning mix

How to Make

  • Step 1: In bowl mix cream cheese, cracked pepper and Mrs. Dash seasoning, divide into 2 balls.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl put in 1 tablespoon of the flax seed, add cheeseball turning to coat all sides.

  • Step 3: Repeat with second cheeseball.

  • Step 4: Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

  • Step 5: Serve with your favorite crackers or vegetables.
