Step 1: In bowl mix cream cheese, cracked pepper and Mrs. Dash seasoning, divide into 2 balls.
Step 2: In a small bowl put in 1 tablespoon of the flax seed, add cheeseball turning to coat all sides.
Step 3: Repeat with second cheeseball.
Step 4: Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Step 5: Serve with your favorite crackers or vegetables.
