Outstanding! Great taste and texture - we loved the combination of the crunch of the veggies and apples along with the chewy dried cranberries. I used Agave as the sweetener and shook in some celery seed. Loved it Derf - thanks!

Wanting coleslaw I picked up a small bag of shredded cabbage, not wanting to wait for company I made up the dressing and refrigerated. Come mealtime fill individual salad bowls with the slaw fixings drizzle on the dressing and fresh coleslaw. Love that dressing! Plan to make this salad for my next bbq!

Bergy (RIP" Forever in our Kitchen)

The dressing makes the salad - Wonderful flavour. I used Napa Cabbage and it made a lovely change. The apples give the salad crunch and along with the cranberries add colour to the salad - Great combination of vegetables and fruit Loved it thanks Derf
