The best coleslaw I have ever made! I used Trader Joe's wasabi mayo, so not sure of the conversion with the amount of wasabi, but did add 50% more of it (even though not a mayo person) to try to achieve the right flavor, but not have it be very spicy. I took your suggestion of adding grilled chicken to it and it was really good (though would have been just as good without the chicken too), so had this as an entrée, which served about half as many persons. Also, left out the sugar for our tastes. The peanuts are not to be missed in this!

I am very fond of Asian salads and enjoyed this one. Peanut coleslaw one of salad choices for a family cookout this week - love Asian salads and this one no exception. I did add more sugar (personal tastes here) for the family will cut back on the Sesame Oil. For me - it was perfect! Loved the combination and we all loved the addition of the peanuts! A delicious slaw and one that makes for great presentation!
