Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat with cooking spray.
Add chicken; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done.

It was OMG OMG through every bite full if this chicken thighs, I scaled it back to one serve and my thighs weighted in at 7.5 ounces after trimming the fat off and I cooked them for about 8 minutes total on the grill pan to cook them to perfection. I also added a little more soy as they marinade was rather thick though I had scaled it back to 1 serve and reserved some of the marinade (OMG it tasted so great) and reheated it in the microwave as a sauce for over the chicken thighs and just so moist and delicious even now as I report this review I am salivating thank you TeresaS, post for Billboard Recipe Tag.
I did marinate the chicken overnight. First I heated the grill pan too much and I almost burnt the chicken (the sugar). Took it out, washed the pan and started all over again at a lower heat.It was delicious. I used the same marinade to saute the veggies.
Ps: I used breast.
