This recipe was so yummy. I loved it, great texture and full of flavor. Best of all it was quick and easy to make with excellent results. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce... oh the sauce was out of this world good. Loved the little hit of heat from the sambal oelek. Thanks for sharing another winner, this one is going into my Favorites Cookbook for 2017. Kudos my friend. Made FYC tag game.

It was OMG OMG through every bite full if this chicken thighs, I scaled it back to one serve and my thighs weighted in at 7.5 ounces after trimming the fat off and I cooked them for about 8 minutes total on the grill pan to cook them to perfection. I also added a little more soy as they marinade was rather thick though I had scaled it back to 1 serve and reserved some of the marinade (OMG it tasted so great) and reheated it in the microwave as a sauce for over the chicken thighs and just so moist and delicious even now as I report this review I am salivating thank you TeresaS, post for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Fantastic! I did marinate the chicken overnight. First I heated the grill pan too much and I almost burnt the chicken (the sugar). Took it out, washed the pan and started all over again at a lower heat.It was delicious. I used the same marinade to saute the veggies. Ps: I used breast.
