This recipe was loved by both of us. The sauce ingredients went so well together. I only saved about 1/3 of it for the end. I thought it needed more for marinating. We marinated it for 30 minutes. Another time I would marinate for a few hours to try the difference. The other thing I ran into was my thighs were large and had bones. I cut them in half but the half with the bone needed to cook longer.

Very moist chicken with great flavor! I didn't have as much "glaze" as I needed after boiling the marinade to create the glaze, because I totally didn't read that I should only marinade with half the ingredients!! Threw it all into a ziplock bag and tossed the thighs in. So I ended up boiling what was left in the bag. Really only enough to cover 3 thighs, but the chicken was delicious and absorbed the flavor from the marinade. I ended up leaving it in the marinade for a little over an hour, and didn't find this to be too spicy at all. Had to cook mine a bit longer, but I had large thighs. Thanks for sharing a delicious recipe!

I doubled the recipe and let this marinate all day, turned out amazing. We all loved this guest worthy dish. I served it up with your https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/cucumber-salad-with-lime-vinaigrette-24938 and they went together perfectly.

Delicious chicken which we enjoyed with rice and fruit. I used red chile paste in place of the samba oelek, but otherwise made as directed for chicken which was enjoyed by all. Thanks for sharing!

KATO BABY

This recipe was so yummy. I loved it, great texture and full of flavor. Best of all it was quick and easy to make with excellent results. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce... oh the sauce was out of this world good. Loved the little hit of heat from the sambal oelek. Thanks for sharing another winner, this one is going into my Favorites Cookbook for 2017. Kudos my friend. Made FYC tag game.

It was OMG OMG through every bite full if this chicken thighs, I scaled it back to one serve and my thighs weighted in at 7.5 ounces after trimming the fat off and I cooked them for about 8 minutes total on the grill pan to cook them to perfection. I also added a little more soy as they marinade was rather thick though I had scaled it back to 1 serve and reserved some of the marinade (OMG it tasted so great) and reheated it in the microwave as a sauce for over the chicken thighs and just so moist and delicious even now as I report this review I am salivating thank you TeresaS, post for Billboard Recipe Tag.
