Step 1

Heat oven to 300°F.

Step 2

Pound out chicken breast to a 1/4 inch thick.

Step 3

Place 2 slices dried beef on chicken and roll up.

Step 4

Wrap 1 slice of bacon around chicken and put into a large casserole dish.

Step 5

Melt together the cream cheese and soup.

Step 6

Pour all over chicken.

Step 7

Cook uncovered for 3 hours. (Don't cheat on the time; it really does change the taste).

Step 8

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

Yum. It's been a long time since I've had dried beef so this was a nice change of pace. I was tempted to cheat a bit on the time because I got a later start than what I had planned - but did hold out. lol. I did cheat a tad on the soup mixture tho. I didn't melt them together but just mixed them together and poured over the chicken. So my sauce wasn't quite as smooth as it should have been but it still tasted great.
