Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C r 160C fan forced.
Step 2
Place croissants on a tray and warm for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut in half and spread 2 of the bases with avocado and top each with combined cottage cheese and chives and put lidgs back on.
Step 4
Top remaining 2 croissants with grated cheese and tomatoes and put lids back on.
Step 5
Serve immediately.
