Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180C r 160C fan forced.
Step 2: Place croissants on a tray and warm for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Cut in half and spread 2 of the bases with avocado and top each with combined cottage cheese and chives and put lidgs back on.
Step 4: Top remaining 2 croissants with grated cheese and tomatoes and put lids back on.
Step 5: Serve immediately.
