Great recipe for a weeknight meal. My son particularly liked this dish and made sure that the leftovers were his for the next days lunch! I added some garlic and my alfredo sauce was 8 oz instead of 9, so I added 1 ounce of cream cheese to the mix. I used crushed ritz crackers instead of panko....just a personal preference. Thanks for sharing your delicious recipe!

I scaled this back for one and have to say it was a very generous serve and was very easy to put together especially after my disastrous start in making it. I was in a lot of pain and tired and well I had it put together and ready to go into the oven when I realized I had put in raw pasta instead of cooked big OOPS so tipped it out and fished out all the pasta and then measured up 50 grams of http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/herbed-steamed-rice-17790 which I had made the night before but of course by now the breadcrumbs and parmesan was all mixed up in the saucy chicken (I used carbanara sauce as I could not get alfredo) so made up more breadcrumb mix and put on top and baked at 175C fan forced for 30 minutes and the end result was a delicious dinner thank you ellie made for Billboard Recipe tag game.

Gerry

Served with a green salad this creamy casserole made for a good evening meal. Made as posted using the pasta option. Will definitely make this again using homemade Alfredo sauce and lightly steamed fresh vegetables instead of the frozen. (Both a family preference) Thank you ellie for a new to us casserole.
