Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Cream butter with sugar, then add the dry pudding mix and mix well.

Step 3

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg.

Step 4

In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt.

Step 5

Gradually add dry mix and then some of the milk, then dry mix, then milk until all of each is added.

Step 6

Pour cupcake mix into cupcake lined muffin tins.

Step 7

Bake 20 minutes and cool before adding frosting.

Step 8

TO MAKE THE FROSTING

Step 9

Cream together butter and cream cheese.

Step 10

Add vanilla extract and slowly start to add the powdered sugar until it gets to the consistency that you like.

Step 11

Fill a baggie with frosting and snip off the corner. In a circular motion squeeze onto cupcakes.

Step 12

On a small plate crush about 10 teddy grahams with the base of a glass. Sprinkle that on top of the cupcakes and then place a teddy graham in the middle!

I wish I could give these more than 5 stars because they deserve way more, these buttery rich moist cupcakes are a mouthful of goodness in every bite, I made them for Christmas and I'm making them again now, I made half regular size and the rest in mini muffin pans, thanks for a delicious Christmas!
