Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Cream butter with sugar, then add the dry pudding mix and mix well.
Step 3: Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg.
Step 4: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt.
Step 5: Gradually add dry mix and then some of the milk, then dry mix, then milk until all of each is added.
Step 6: Pour cupcake mix into cupcake lined muffin tins.
Step 7: Bake 20 minutes and cool before adding frosting.
Step 8: TO MAKE THE FROSTING
Step 9: Cream together butter and cream cheese.
Step 10: Add vanilla extract and slowly start to add the powdered sugar until it gets to the consistency that you like.
Step 11: Fill a baggie with frosting and snip off the corner. In a circular motion squeeze onto cupcakes.
Step 12: On a small plate crush about 10 teddy grahams with the base of a glass. Sprinkle that on top of the cupcakes and then place a teddy graham in the middle!
