"Serve these spread with butter, they are so yummy! I love these with scrambled eggs & bacon. I also add some chives to mine if I have some in the garden. These can be frozen also! The servings of hotcakes really depends on how big or small you make them."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Sift flour and castor sugar into a medium size bowl.

Step 2

Stir in milk, egg and combined tasty cheese and parmesan cheese and mix well to combine.

Step 3

Spoon tablespoons mixture in a heated greased pan, cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the hotcakes, turn and cook on the other side until lightly browned.

Step 4

Using an egg slice, remove hot cakes from the pan, and place on a tray lined with absorbent paper. Repeat with remaining cheese mixture to make more hotcakes.

Step 5

Serve spread with butter.

Nice change to go with ham and eggs. I usually do fried potatoes or hash browns, but really like these cheesy treats. I cut recipe in half and had a couple left to freeze for later.

Wow these are great with eggs tasty cheese is white cheddar here i didnt use the sugar but if others do use about 1/4 teaspoon more
