We both loved this tasty salad Lazyme. I knew we would, just didn't realize how much we would enjoy it. Wish I could give you 10 stars. It was so good, great flavors and excellent textures. I scaled down for the two of us and based on FEM's review I scaled the oil way back. It worked beautifully. Thank you for sharing a recipe that we will enjoy often. Kudos on making it into my Best of Cookbook for 2020. Made FYC tag game.

This was a mild and enjoyable salad that was enjoyed at dinner and the next day for my work lunch. The addition of cooked onions and mushrooms was a nice addition. Especially loved the grated eggs on the salad. The only thing I found that I would do differently is change the ratio of ingredients in the dressing - decrease the amount of oil and increase the ther ingredients and add less dressing to the cooked onions/mushrooms. Thanks Lazyme for sharing. Made it for FYC.
