Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 230C/210C fan forced and lightly grease 2 pizza trays.
Step 2
Spread the pizza bases with the sauce and sprinkle over the cheese and then top with pancetta and mushrooms and sprinkle with half the shallot and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and then sprinkle with remaining shallot to garnish.
