Step 1
Cook gnocchi according to packet directions, until tender and then drain well.
Step 2
Heat a lightly oiled, medium, ovenproof frying pan (26cm x 5cm deep) over a medium to high heat and add bacon and cook, stirring for about 4 minutes, or until crisp.
Step 3
Stir in pasta sauce and mustard and bring to a boil and add gnocchi and some of the parsley and stir to coat.
Step 4
Dollop ricotta over the top and sprinkle with parmesan.
Step 5
Transfer frying pan to oven and cook in a hot oven (200C) forabout 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Step 6
Remove and garnish the bake with extra pars,.ey and serve with salad leaves.
