"These are tasty and juicy chicken burgers I really enjoy. These will not work on the grill as the consistency when raw is quite loose. They do end up with a normal burger consistency. For those of you who don't have access to Frank's RedHot Sauce, I do have a copycat recipe for it #recipe13676 ."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix first 8 ingredients together and form into 4 patties.

Step 2

Pour the olive oil into a skillet and bring to medium heat.

Step 3

Add the patties and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes, until you can see the sides starting to change from pink to white, giving the pan a shake every once in a while so the patties don’t stick.

Step 4

Carefully turn the patties over with a spatula and cook for another 7 to 8 minutes, until cooked through.

Step 5

Place the cooked patties over the base of the buns and drizzle with blue cheese dressing.

Step 6

Top with lettuce and add the top bun.

Step 7

Enjoy!

I cut the recipe down for two of us. The burgers were mildly spicy and did us justice in the flavor department. We will indulge in having these many more times. It's been added to the menu rotation.

This is a very tasty burger, just enough spice to make it interesting. My ground chicken was very moist so I ended up adding 1/4 cup Panko crumbs. For the blue Cheese dressing I mixed 3 tablespoon lite Mayo with 2 tablespoons blue cheese. It was the perfect topper. An other great burger that goes into my cookbook. 20 Nov I had a pattie left over in the freezer it was as good as the day I made them. Served with no bun, added hot pickled pepper slices to top Very tasty

Me & my husband enjoyed this burger. I added roasted red pepper and Havarti cheese as my topping, he had the blue cheese dressing. It is another option to have on hand for others that don't like beef burgers
