  • 1 1/2 pound ground chicken

  • 1 pepper (hot banana pepper, chopped fine)
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (Frank’s Red Hot sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese salad dressing
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 bread buns (hamburger buns)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix first 8 ingredients together and form into 4 patties.

  • Step 2: Pour the olive oil into a skillet and bring to medium heat.

  • Step 3: Add the patties and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes, until you can see the sides starting to change from pink to white, giving the pan a shake every once in a while so the patties don’t stick.

  • Step 4: Carefully turn the patties over with a spatula and cook for another 7 to 8 minutes, until cooked through.

  • Step 5: Place the cooked patties over the base of the buns and drizzle with blue cheese dressing.

  • Step 6: Top with lettuce and add the top bun.

  • Step 7: Enjoy!
