For Brussels sprouts lovers this recipe has ingredients that enhance but don't out shine the flavor of the sprouts. While the bacon was cooking I prepared the sprouts and did likewise with the apple. My bacon was fatty and therefore took longer to crisp up but otherwise everything came out perfect. Served it with my home fries and grilled chicken. Made for Billboard tag.
