Step 1: Preheat oven to 425F. Place bacon in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake until browned, 10 minutes.
Step 2: Add Brussels sprouts in a single layerand season to taste with salt and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes, then add apple to baking sheet.
Step 3: Continue roasting until brussels sprouts are browned and tender, 10-15 minutes more.
Step 4: Toss vegetables with vinegar, and serve.
