Step by Step Method

Step 1

Beat brown sugar & cream cheese at med speed w/an electric mixer until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla & coffee liqueur (if using). Beat until blended & smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Cover & chill 4 hrs. Garnish w/brown sugar prior to serving, if desired.

Step 2

YIELD = 10 servings (approx 3 oz per person)

Step 3

TO SERVE: Serve w/assorted fresh fruit (pineapple & strawberries suggested). This dip also works very well w/baked goods including cookies, shortbread, cubed pound cake, etc.

I usually shy away from fruit dips but this just sounded so good. I love it and have lots left over from a party...will be munching on it for the next few days. Was a big hit with my friends. I ended up adding some Pumpkin Pie liqueur leftover from another party...was good but think it would be just as good without it.
