"This is tasty soup that comes together fast and is low carb. You can use half and half or full milk if you don't want to use heavy whipping cream, it just wont be as creamy. I used to make this often when I was low carbing!~"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Steaming is great! Drain.
Step 2
Chop broccoli as small as you can get it.
Step 3
Warm 1/2 cup of chicken broth in bottom of a dutch oven. When it simmers, stir in flour and mix well.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients to pot including the broccoli. Heat until all cheese has melted.
Step 5
Simmer for around 5 minutes or until soup thickens up.
Step 6
Serve!
