Step 1: Cook broccoli according to package directions. Steaming is great! Drain.
Step 2: Chop broccoli as small as you can get it.
Step 3: Warm 1/2 cup of chicken broth in bottom of a dutch oven. When it simmers, stir in flour and mix well.
Step 4: Add remaining ingredients to pot including the broccoli. Heat until all cheese has melted.
Step 5: Simmer for around 5 minutes or until soup thickens up.
Step 6: Serve!
