Step by Step Method

Step 1

Pour the hot sauce into a plastic bag.

Step 2

In another plastic bag, mix together the flour, garlic powder and celery salt.

Step 3

Put the chicken pieces into the bag with the hot sauce and swish together make sure all the pieces are coated.

Step 4

Remove the chicken pieces a few at a time, and toss into the flour mixture to coat.

Step 5

Remove the pieces of chicken from the four mixture, shake off the excess flour and toss into the actifry.

Step 6

Drizzle the oil over the chicken pieces and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on how thick you cut the pieces, until cooked through.

I had a small chicken breast that I cut into stirfry strips. It was just enough for two of us. Because the strips were small they only took 15 minutes. Came out crisp on the outside and moist inside. A definite do again recipe
