Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs (or white meat, cut into strips, I prefer dark meat but white meat works well also)
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot sauce)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon celery salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pour the hot sauce into a plastic bag.

  • Step 2: In another plastic bag, mix together the flour, garlic powder and celery salt.

  • Step 3: Put the chicken pieces into the bag with the hot sauce and swish together make sure all the pieces are coated.

  • Step 4: Remove the chicken pieces a few at a time, and toss into the flour mixture to coat.

  • Step 5: Remove the pieces of chicken from the four mixture, shake off the excess flour and toss into the actifry.

  • Step 6: Drizzle the oil over the chicken pieces and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on how thick you cut the pieces, until cooked through.
