Step 1: Pour the hot sauce into a plastic bag.
Step 2: In another plastic bag, mix together the flour, garlic powder and celery salt.
Step 3: Put the chicken pieces into the bag with the hot sauce and swish together make sure all the pieces are coated.
Step 4: Remove the chicken pieces a few at a time, and toss into the flour mixture to coat.
Step 5: Remove the pieces of chicken from the four mixture, shake off the excess flour and toss into the actifry.
Step 6: Drizzle the oil over the chicken pieces and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on how thick you cut the pieces, until cooked through.
