Step by Step Method
Step 1
Saute onion in oil 5 minutes or until golden.
Step 2
Sprinkle soup mix over onion and stir in water, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and vinegar. Cook, stirring, 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool.
Step 3
Once cooled, pour into a medium bowl and add 3/4 cup blue cheese, 1/4 cup pecans and the sour cream, mix well.
Step 4
Cover and chill at least 30 min.
Step 5
To serve top with remaining blue cheese and pecans.
Step 6
Serve with chips, veggies or apple slices.
