Step 1: Saute onion in oil 5 minutes or until golden.
Step 2: Sprinkle soup mix over onion and stir in water, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and vinegar. Cook, stirring, 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool.
Step 3: Once cooled, pour into a medium bowl and add 3/4 cup blue cheese, 1/4 cup pecans and the sour cream, mix well.
Step 4: Cover and chill at least 30 min.
Step 5: To serve top with remaining blue cheese and pecans.
Step 6: Serve with chips, veggies or apple slices.
