"Just the right amount of heat to make it interesting. Great with shrimp or try adding it to any white fish that you are baking. I don't know where I got this recipe it was tucked into one of my seafood cook books. The serving size will vary depending what you are using it on. It makes almost 2 cups sauce"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Put all the ingredients, except vodka into a food processor or blender and process until almost smooth. Stir in the vodka and refidgerate for at least 30 minutes before using.

If you wish make it a day ahead of when you plan on using it.
