"Can't be any easier. I think Thousand Island Dressing got a bad rap back in the day. It was so popular and then all of sudden ... you barely see it at restaurants anymore, other than on a reuben sandwich. It really is a nice dressing, especially when made fresh - but a few key points. Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip), and white vinegar, NOT cider vinegar. These are all key. It is basic and so simple, but a really nice dressing. I serve it over my "Classic Wedge Salad with Bacon, Onion and Tomato," also posted here on Zazz. But don't forget that this is a must with a reuben sandwich."

Step 1
Mix everything in a small bowl. Now some people don't add pepper to the dressing, but I love it. Just mix and refrigerate a hour or more before serving to let all the flavors develop. ENJOY!
