"My older daughterJennifer came up with this lovely appetizer due to her love of fresh mozzarella and it is very tasty. Could be used as a tasty lunch too. I like it plain but you can serve them on crackers."

Step 1
Slice a tomato in 1/4 inch slices. (Does not have to be precise), and then cut those slices into quarters.
Step 2
Slice up fresh mozzarella, and then cut those slices into quarters.
Step 3
Shred fresh basil leaves.
Step 4
Place pieces of cheese on a serving platter.
Step 5
Then top each piece of cheese with a piece of tomato.
Step 6
Top each tomato piece with fresh basil.
Step 7
Then drizzle baslamic salad dressing over each piece.
