I made short ribs in the slow cooker and normally I would add the mushrooms too, except I forgot to buy them. So out to the store I went and came back with presliced baby bellas. I made the mushrroms as directed and they were delicious! They went perfectly with the short ribs and mashed potatoes. Made for the Cook-a-thon for Derf.

DH and I loved them with our steak last night! These are easy to make and full of flavour! He doesn't usually comment on mushrooms, but he did with these. Thanks for sharing.

Bergy (RIP" Forever in our Kitchen)

Great side dish for Sunday Brunch. I cut the recipe in half and had to cut down the cooking time as there wasn't all that much juice and they were beginning to get too brown - they were so tasty. Will do again for sure. Thanks Derf for adding to a delish Sunday Brunch
