  • 4 cups mushrooms, fresh (button mushrooms, sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat olive oil on high in a frypan.

  • Step 2: Sear mushrooms, add balsamic vinegar, saute about 5 minutes.

  • Step 3: Add soy sauce, salt and pepper, reduce heat to medium; cook down until very little moisture remains; about 30 minutes.

  • Step 4: Serve beside or over steak.
