Sorry this was a total fail for me - I scaled back for one serve and one cup grated swiss cheese equated to 2 3/4 ounces and 4 ounces of cream equated to 1/3 cup but the biggest problem was it was left swimming in butter and after 20 minutes the eggs were firmly cooked and it left a fat buttery taste in the mouth that was unpleasant. The flavour of the cheese and eggs was nice once you got past that buttery taste - I would like to try again but omit the butter but keep the other ingredients the same.
