Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 9 ounces swiss cheese,(1 1/2 cups)
  • 6 eggs
  • 8 ounces light cream,(1⁄2 cup)
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/32 teaspoon cayenne
  • 3 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle cheese over the bottom of a well buttered Pam sprayed(heavily) 9x9 baking dish.

  • Step 3: Break eggs over cheese,so they are evenly spaced throughout the pan.

  • Step 4: Mix cream, mustard, salt ,pepper and cayenne (season to taste)and pour evenly over the pan.

  • Step 5: Dot with butter.

  • Step 6: Bake for 22 minutes or longer, as needed
