"This recipe is a bit different from most baked brie recipes. I put the brie on a small roll. You may have it on a crispy or something like an airline roll or even a flaky butter roll. I like a crispy roll! You may even have this as a lunch sandwich but that is decadent!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut your roll in half lengthwise.
Step 2
Butter the top half of the roll.
Step 3
Remove rind on the cheese.
Step 4
Cut the cheese in 1/4 inch slices and place them on the bottom half of the buns.
Step 5
Add to each bun on top of the cheese 1 1/2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce.
Step 6
Put the top back on and wrap each bun in non stick foil.
Step 7
Place them on a cookie sheet bake in 375f oven for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Open foil and cut each rolll into two or three pieces Serve warm.
